mindyourmentalhealth.com initiative is a mental health promotional activity. It does not offer treatment or any other intervention for mental health problems or illnesses. It aims to create awareness about the importance of mental health and offers information through workshop and seminars on areas like Stress Management, Alcohol and drug use, Child and Adolescent development, marital harmony, etc.
 

  • Initially Stress Management workshops will be offered on alterative Saturdays starting from July 2016 at a venue in Kent. It is a fee paying workshop. For further details about stress management workshop follow this link.
     

Introduction to Mental Health for Health Care Professionals, Introduction to Mental Health for General Practitioners and Psychopharmacology for Primary Care are fee paying workshops offered for health care professionals.
 

  • We will also offer free lectures on Mind and its Problems. It is an hour long session with another half-an-hour for discussion. It is offered free of cost for organisations and institutions. Kindly contact us for further details and terms and conditions.
     
  • Workshops on Child and Adolescent Development. Alcohol and Drug misuse, Marital and Relationship Harmony, Studying Skills for Students, awareness lectures on Mental Health promotion and Live Well in Later Life are some of the activities intended for future.
