It is a one-day workshop conducted by consultant psychiatrist with vast experience in the field of mental health. The workshop is based on the premise that simple learning about mind and body, how it works, how stress affects them and learning about some of the successful ways of coping with the stress will equip a person to manage stress with their own resources. This is not a comprehensive or highly technical workshop. It offers a selection of ideas and approaches in simple understandable presentations.
